01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "winnr," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the winnr platform accessible at winnr.bio and all related services, products, and features offered thereunder.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any natural person who accesses, registers on, or uses the winnr platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means a registered player account on the winnr platform, associated with a unique CNIC, Pakistani mobile number, and email address.
• "Platform" means the winnr website at winnr.bio, all associated mobile-optimised pages, and any applications or interfaces through which winnr services are delivered.
• "Services" means all sports betting, casino gaming, live dealer, slot, and related entertainment services made available by winnr.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the native currency of the winnr platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, or matching bonus deposited into a player's account by winnr under a current promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before it converts to withdrawable real-money balance.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary restriction, initiated by the player, that prevents access to the winnr account for a defined or indefinite period.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the winnr platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the winnr platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

03 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active account on the winnr platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum and is non-negotiable. winnr does not permit any exception to this requirement.
2. You are registering as an individual in your own personal capacity and not as a corporate entity, trust, or on behalf of any third party.
3. You have not previously been self-excluded from the winnr platform or any affiliated platform, unless a formal reinstatement process has been completed.
4. You are not an employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of winnr or any affiliated entity, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
5. You are registering voluntarily and not under any form of compulsion, duress, or fraudulent inducement.
6. You provide accurate, current, and complete registration information, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a personal email address you control.

winnr reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a copy of your CNIC, proof of payment method ownership, and proof of address — at any point during the account lifecycle, including prior to processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by winnr may result in account suspension.

Each player is entitled to register and maintain exactly one (1) account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited. winnr employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, winnr may close all associated accounts, void all bonuses, and withhold balances pending review.

04 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your winnr account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

winnr strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via their registered Pakistani mobile number. 2FA is compatible with all major Pakistani networks including Jazz, Zong, Telenor, and Ufone. Enabling 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access to your account.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify winnr support immediately at the contact details provided in Section 15. winnr will temporarily suspend the account pending security review. Any bets placed or withdrawals processed before winnr receives notification of unauthorised access remain the player's responsibility.

winnr will never ask you to provide your password via email, SMS, telephone, or live chat. Any communication purporting to be from winnr that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

The winnr platform operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, balances, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. No currency conversion is applied, and no hidden exchange-rate markup is charged on deposits or withdrawals made through supported Pakistani payment methods.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, Visa, Mastercard, and OTC Cash, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits at the time of use. Minimum and maximum transaction limits for each payment method are displayed on the cashier page within your winnr account.

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Players must ensure their registered payment method matches the name on their winnr account. winnr will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts in a different name, or anonymous payment instruments.

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within two (2) hours of approval. Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast) are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. These timeframes are targets and are not contractually guaranteed; delays may occur during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.

winnr reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting source-of-funds documentation where required by internal compliance procedures. Players who cannot provide satisfactory documentation may have their withdrawal held indefinitely pending resolution.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

winnr offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. Each promotion is subject to specific terms — including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games or markets, minimum odds restrictions, and expiry dates — which are published on the relevant promotion page.

General bonus conditions applicable to all winnr promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bets placed on excluded games or at odds below the stated minimum do not contribute towards wagering requirements.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses are removed from the account automatically.
• Real-money funds deposited alongside a bonus are used first; bonus funds are used once the real-money balance reaches zero, unless a different order is specified on the promotion page.
• winnr reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to not affecting the legitimate expectations of players who have already commenced wagering requirements.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, multi-accounting, or exploitation of promotional terms will be voided and associated winnings forfeited.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on the winnr platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market, which are published in the sports betting rules section of the platform. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and Conditions and sport-specific or game-specific rules, the sport-specific or game-specific rules shall prevail.

The following general betting and gaming rules apply across all winnr services:

• All bets and wagers are final once confirmed. winnr does not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been accepted by the platform, except where a manifest error has occurred.
• In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrectly displayed odds, system pricing errors, or data feed faults — winnr reserves the right to void all bets placed at erroneous prices, regardless of whether those bets have already been settled.
• Live (in-play) betting markets may be suspended at any time without prior notice, particularly in response to significant match events. Bets submitted during a suspension period will be rejected and stakes returned to the player's balance.
• winnr uses third-party data providers for live score feeds and event results. In the event of a data error, official result sources will be used to settle markets. winnr's settlement decision on any contested market is final.
• Winnings from casino games are subject to the theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages of each individual game, as published by the respective game provider. These percentages reflect long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the winnr platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your identity or location.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one winnr account, whether alone or in concert with others.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards in poker variants, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Match-Fixing: Placing bets on events whose outcomes you have directly or indirectly influenced, or which you have prior non-public knowledge of an irregular outcome.
• Automated Software: Using bots, macros, scripts, or any automated software to place bets, play casino games, or interact with the platform in a way that is not consistent with ordinary human use.
• Arbitrage and Bonus Abuse: Systematic arbitrage betting intended to extract guaranteed profit from winnr's prices, or structured multi-account bonus harvesting schemes.
• Money Laundering: Using the winnr platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity. winnr is obligated to report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant financial intelligence authorities.
• Chargebacks: Initiating payment chargebacks or reversals on deposits to the winnr platform. Players who initiate chargebacks will have their accounts suspended and the disputed amount pursued through available legal channels.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the winnr platform — including but not limited to the winnr name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, odds data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of winnr or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the winnr platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, licence, create derivative works from, or sell any content obtained from the winnr platform.

Any unauthorised use of winnr's intellectual property, including scraping of odds data, reproduction of game interfaces, or commercial use of the winnr brand, will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, winnr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or financial losses resulting from betting outcomes.

winnr does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party outages, or circumstances beyond winnr's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of some or all services. winnr will not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, provided that reasonable efforts are made to restore service in a timely manner.

The winnr platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. winnr makes no warranty — express or implied — regarding the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose, the accuracy of odds at any given moment, or the outcome of any game or sporting event.

11 Responsible Gaming

winnr is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The platform makes the following tools available to all registered players, accessible directly from the account settings panel after winnr login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Configure maximum net loss thresholds over a defined rolling period. Limits apply across all game types within the unified PKR wallet.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive on-screen notifications after a specified continuous play duration.
• Reality Checks: Periodic session summaries showing net profit/loss during the current gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily restrict access to your account for a period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, one year, or indefinitely. Self-exclusion periods cannot be reversed or shortened once activated, including on direct request to customer support.

winnr enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years. Age verification is conducted at the withdrawal stage via CNIC cross-referencing. Accounts found to belong to players under 21 will be permanently closed and any balance forfeited in accordance with applicable requirements.

12 Suspension & Termination

winnr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure.
• Inactive account status — accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. winnr's dormant account policy, including any applicable inactivity fees, is published in the FAQ section of the platform.

Where an account is closed by winnr for reasons other than fraud or Terms violation, any verified real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within ten (10) business days, subject to completion of identity verification.

Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so via the account settings panel or by contacting winnr support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days of receipt.

13 Amendments to These Terms

winnr reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes to bonus forfeiture conditions, withdrawal processing rules, or eligibility criteria — winnr will notify registered players via email to their registered address or via an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Minor amendments, including clarifications, typographical corrections, and updates to reflect regulatory changes, may take effect immediately without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the winnr platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the change.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles and the regulatory framework applicable to the winnr platform's operating jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between a player and winnr regarding bet settlement, account action, or any other matter, the following process applies:

1. First Contact: Submit a written complaint to the winnr support team at the email address in Section 15, providing your account username, a description of the dispute, and all relevant transaction references. winnr will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours.
2. Review Period: winnr's compliance team will review the complaint and provide a written response within ten (10) business days. Complex cases may require up to 30 days; you will be notified if an extended review period is necessary.
3. Escalation: If you are unsatisfied with winnr's response, you may request escalation to a senior compliance review. winnr's decision at the escalation stage is final and binding, subject to any rights you may have under applicable law.

All dispute communications must be submitted in English. winnr does not accept dispute submissions via social media, live chat, or telephone — written email submissions only.
